About

We are a small private company, formed in 2018 by Ken Curtis. Ken worked for 25 years as an Engineer, Manager and Consultant in the oil and gas industry before setting up this business. Since then we have helped a number of companies gain BS 1090 and BS EN 9001/2015 accreditation.

If you are considering developing a Quality Management System we would be pleased to support and guide you through the process. We encourage Clients to get involved with developing their system to a level of commitment they feel comfortable in achieving. If you prefer we will deliver a turnkey project but alternatively by working together we believe:-

• Clients gain a clearer understanding of how their Quality Management System should be managed and implemented, making them less likely to fail a customer audit or future UKAS revalidation
• Evidence to support the Client's training and competence requirements can be collected and recorded during the system's development
• Employees will take ownership of their company's QMS and are more likely to follow the rules and make suggestions on improving the system
• Most important ! - Clients pay less by doing work in-house.

We have already developed the documents that will be needed to build your QMS. We will support the above approach by sharing templates of these document so they can be edited and amend to fit your operation.

We are based in North Lincolnshire and will support companies located in the United Kingdom and Europe. There will be a need to visit your workplace but development can continue via emails and Zoom. We recognize the need to work safely and will follows the COVID guidelines.

We work with J&M Machining Service to give Clients the opportunity to see how a BS 1090 QMS system operates on a day-to-day basis.

Our Aims

We aim to help and support companies create their Quality Management Systems (QMS). When this is achieved we will be available in the future to ensure it remains valid and improved year-on-year.
